How to Wire Up the EPS granulating machine?
EPS granulating machine can make recycled EPS granules by melting EPS waste and extrude into strand and cut into EPS granules.Buyer needs to wire it up with temperature control box before machine working.
The EPS granulating machine in the video is combined type machine system for 1# and 2#.
1# means 1st stage of unit or host unit or primary unit or mother machine;
2# means 2nd stage of unit,or auxiliary unit or secondary unit or baby machine.They have different names,while as,they are same machine.
To better understand the process,we prepare a video as above Youtube link in the picture.The technician in the video talks like below:
Wire In: three lives wires at position ABC; one neutral wire at position N;
Wire Out for 1# : one live wire at position 1# ;neutral wire at position N;
Connect wires at two heater rings for two live wires and two neutral wires;and connect the control box.
Repeat the wiring for 2# of machine.heater rings with 220v switch.
The wiring on die head is parallel connection:one live wire and one neutral wire;Connect all of them on die head and then connect neutral wire at position N;then connect live wire at 2# heater of control box.
Two temperature probes at control box separately to connect with 1# and 2# point.
