The complete set of eps foam machine is mainly composed of lifting system, mixer system, storage bin system, packaging system machine, dust removal system and so on.The mixing system can be equipped with a double-shaft gravity-free paddle mixer or a high-efficiency double-layer intensive mixer. It has the advantages of fast mixing speed and high mixing precision. The net capacity of the single machine is 0.5--10 cubic meters. The mixer machine is different according to the application field. Made of ordinary carbon steel, stainless steel or wear-resistant steel. The mixing time is 60~120 seconds, and the ultimate mixing ratio of 1:10,00 or even higher can be stirred. Under the reasonable pushing speed of the stirring blade, the materials with large difference in specific gravity and particle size, such as polystyrene particles, cementing materials and chemical additives, are in an instantaneous weightless state, forming omni directional convection, diffusion and mutual shearing in the mixing cylinder. Quickly and gently achieve the effect of mixing evenly, without segregation and destruction of the original state of the material, ensuring that the thermal insulation coefficient of the eps board is not reduced by the shape destruction of the thermal insulation material, ensuring the thermal insulation effect of the product.
1. The quality of eps foam board equipment is high. There is no gravel yard at the construction site, there is no residual material, no dust pollution caused by the mixing ofeps plates, and the air quality is improved. 4. High productivity. Since the sand and the powder are separately mixed and stirred, the mixer only stirs the powder, which greatly improves the use efficiency of the mixer, and the output of the LY type double-mix dry-mix mortar production equipment can reach 100 tons/hour. At the same time, from the production of mortar to on-site construction, mechanized production can be fully realized, and the productivity is more than 9 times that of traditional manual construction.
