How to de dust the crushed EPS foam waste?
There is always dust and sand in the EPS styrofoam recycling,we give machine and the whole system to de de dust them.
Our system will be EPS de dust machine and mixer and piping and silo system.
The EPS de dust machine can crush and de dust the EPS styrofoam disposal into clean granules which will be conveyed into silo of EPS mixer.The recycled granules will be mixed as some percentage with pre expanded granules.These mixture will be conveyed into EPS block molding machine.
To de-dust crushed EPS foam waste, you can follow these steps:
1. Containment: Start by containing the crushed EPS foam waste in a designated area or container to prevent dust from spreading during the de-dusting process.
2. Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation in the area where you'll be working. This will help disperse any dust particles that may be released during the de-dusting process and improve air quality.
