Supply Foam Recycling Equipment with Horizontal Large Open Hopper to Feed and Shred
Myaid Machinery supply various foam recycling equipment including three different types of shredders with horizontal hopper.The 1st equipment is common shredding equipment with single shaft which you always see in the market,the foam blower and shredder is combine.The 2nd foam shredding equipment is larger size hopper than normal shredding equipment,single shaft shredder,the foam blower and shredder is split and connect with plastic tube.The 3rd foam shredding equipment is larger size hopper than common shredder and the foam blower is split too,but the feeding is by conveyor and shredding shafts are two pieces.All above equipment is horizontal hopper,the 2nd and 3rd has big capacity to shred.
We will introduce more the 2nd foam shredding equipment in the article,it is horizontal open hopper,so it can feed big size and different shapes of foam waste easily.its capacity can be over 1500kg/h.Its hopper width is 1200mm and 1500mm.
The foam shredding equipment is heavy duty,the steel plate is thickened than the common shredder and its weight is much more.It enables the equipment to shred rigid foam easily and capacity is much bigger.
The foam shredding equipment can work with EPS,XPS,EPP,EPE,PU etc materials.After shredding,the pieces will be transported into foam blower and then to conveying tube to the storage silo.The equipemnt always work with melting equipment or compacting equipment or granulating equipment etc.It can help these equipment to increase capacity.We share one youtube video at below,pls see it there how it works with other equipment.
