Nonflammable eps insulation materials
As eps insulation has good insulation performance,but it is not fire proof,it may burn the whole buildings when there is fire alarm.So,people start to modify eps materials to be fire proof.
China started the study and manufacturing of the coated nonflammable eps insulation block and its machines since 2010s.There are two types of non flammable insulation formulas, one is thermoplastic and the other is thermosetting insulation.and its machines are designed and made according to its chemical formula.The technology is bought at first time from abroad and then copy it,as the time goes by,Chinese engineers can innovate on the basis of the fire proof technology.
The kind of factory with large capacity in China can produce thermoplastic insulation block with 300 m³ daily,150m³ for thermosetting insulation block.The whole production line can be intelligently controlled,quality of insulation block can be better than before,production time is shorter.
How the materials can be fire proof? Because some fire proof chemicals are coated on the eps balls.The checmicals are coated during the making of eps block after eps balls are dried from eps silos.We call the non flammable materials as propor which is difficult to cut by normal eps cutting machines,it needs to be cut by hot wire foam cutting machine with wires oscillating working.And its cutting capacity than normal eps cutting machine.
The procedure in eps silos and prefoam machines are same,just need to be more accurate for the density of eps balls.but there are more difference in other machines for making of propor insulation block than eps insulation block.
You need add up a foam coating machine.As the density and characteristics of propor eps balls are different than eps balls,so,the requirement for molding machines and cutting machines are somewhat different.
